I'm Vix Reitano, Founder of Agency 6B, a Growth Partner for founders who need to know exactly why their revenue isn't growing the way it should and build the system that fixes it.
I started in journalism. Taught myself to code. Built digital infrastructure for LIVE with Kelly Ripa, This Old House, ABC, NBC, and a McCann New York-owned agency before turning my independent consulting practice into a six-figure business in 6 weeks in 2015. That practice became Agency 6B.
What I've spent 20 years building is the executive experience to operate in an uncertain environment. You don't need to be able to tell me what's wrong. I know how to find what's broken, not just in your marketing, in your systems. How the data layer connects to the pipeline. How demand generation either feeds a functioning sales architecture or disappears into a gap nobody built a bridge for. How a business can be generating leads and losing them at the same time, and not have the infrastructure to know which is happening or why.
The Diagnostic I run is a 1-to-3 week revenue systems audit, across demand generation, conversion infrastructure, pipeline and sales architecture, nurture and revenue operations, data intelligence, and AI search visibility. It takes 1 to 3 weeks because seeing a revenue system clearly, and understanding what is actually causing what, is not something that can be rushed. That rigor is the product.
Agency 6B operates in 3 phases: diagnose, build, and run. I lead every new client through the diagnostic and build. My team runs execution from there. When we part ways, you keep everything we built. That is not how agencies work. It is how this works.
